Lamb Cut Order

To submit cutting instructions:

1) Download either file type, .xlsx or .pdf

2) Fill in form

    - for Excel sheets: complete in Excel and save

    - for PDF: print sheet and handwrite instructions, scan to the computer as .jpg or .pdf file OR e-fill using Adobe Reader and save

3) Email to officemohawk@gmail.com AND mohawkmeats@msn.com (please be sure to include both emails for efficiency)
